significant impact on your shipping and handling
costs, depending on where you live, so this aspect
must be kept in mind. They do have an office in NC,
but they don't specify where they do the actual
printing.
The $10.00 handling fee in orders of less than
50 copies means that buying a few copies can be
extremely expensive, but buying large quantities is
very affordable. Their printing costs appear to be
somewhat higher than those of other publishers
