Interior Layout	They set it up for you. You don't get a chance to make any changes at all (corrections before the hardcopy proof is printed carry a penalty fee of $99.95 and once the hardcopy proof is printed the fee is an additional $199.00).

	Little chance to make corrections (they claim that there is ample warning befor you incurr on a penalty fee, but the mechanism for those warnings is not described).
	Their setup fee may be described as artificially low because even the most basic cover design is an extra unless you can supply your own design. In spite of that it's important to mention that the fee for a template generated cover wouldn't push the breakeven point above 200 copies.
	Authors living outside of the United States need not apply.
